Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our products, and if there are any defects in quality, we want to be aware of them.  

We do offer refunds or replacements within 15 days of the purchase date.  In order for us to process a refund or a replacement, we need the following to be emailed to us: description of product, lot number, and pictures of product that include product itself, product packaging, shipping materials and shipping label.  Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the refund or replacement.  

There may be a time where we may ask the customer to return the defective products to us, and the shipping cost for such return must be paid by the customer, unless otherwise arranged.

We reserve the right to honor or not to honor the requests for refunds or replacements.

This Refund Policy applies only to the products that have been purchased on shopmariaandricardos.com.  The products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions.
